When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. During sales, new launches, and the holidays, it can take 3 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method you chose at checkout.

How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update. We see the same tracking info you do.

My package says delivered, but I don't have it.
Try these first:

• Check your porch, mailbox, and with neighbors.
• Contact your local carrier or post office with your tracking number.
• If you think it was stolen, file a report with local police.

Once a package is marked delivered, we can't guarantee a replacement or refund, but we'll help you track it down however we can.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship within the United States.

Can I change my shipping address?
Email service@theaugustpeople.com as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped, so please double-check your address at checkout.
